A career built on ten hurdles and thirteen seconds.
The track years
World champion. World record holder. Olympic medallist.
Again and again under 13.10 — a career defined by consistency, not one perfect day.
Beyond the track
Two decades in broadcasting — and a career that continues far beyond the track.
Since retiring from competition, Colin has become a familiar presence in British broadcasting, joining the BBC athletics team in 2004 and covering the sport's biggest championships and Olympic Games ever since.
Beyond broadcasting, he works with leading brands and organisations across performance, movement and wellbeing, while continuing to mentor and support the next generation of athletes.
